Effective Professional Learning
There is some evidence and research that suggests that the most effective forms of teacher professional learning are those that relate to a whole school vision or goals, are teacher-driven rather (bottom-up approach rather than top-down) and allow for continuous learning (e.g. through regular discussions with colleagues). Do you agree with this research? Why/why not?
